Just an old slang term I remember back in high school. I feel old, man, real old after visiting a high school acquaintance in MD a couple of weeks ago for a small reception he held for his east coast people who would not be able to make it to his and his future wife to be, upcoming wedding on the west coast.
A couple of high school alumni and I were talking about how crappy today's music is. Just imagine, our parents were having this same conversation when they were at our age. But seriously can someone please make a "lil Wayne" Dictionary or something because I just don't understand what this cat is saying.
